Shipping & Return Policy
We will arrange for shipment of your placed order. Your ordered product(s) will be shipped from our own stores/ warehouses located in India. We try to deliver you the ordered product(s) within 2 to 10 business days from the receipt of your order, depending upon the address for delivery you have provided. However shipping is scheduled, it is estimated time period and it can’t be guaranteed. For any delays in the shipments, we are not liable. Order deliveries will be made to you by the third party courier or logistics companies on any day from Monday to Saturday during working hours.
The product(s) will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for product(s) signed by a person other than the one who has placed the order at the address provided at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for damage of product(s) after delivery if its package has been opened by you, already. All claims for shortage or damage must be reported to our Customer Care email on email@example.com or contact us page on our website. Also, the said shortage of goods needs to be highlighted and signed on the ‘Proof of Delivery’ copy and returned to the delivery person.
Shipping and Handling Rates
Shipping and handling rates are informed to you at the time you check out, before you confirm the order. At present, for all the subsequent orders of or above INR 500, we shall deliver your order to your doorstep free of cost however a shipping charge of INR 50 shall be applicable to all the orders under INR 499. Please note that based on the product, its size, type, volume, packaging and other considerations; shipping and handling rates may change.
